Support : Candidates
The system will supply emails to a country support email address whereby it will be the Affiliate's
responsibility to handle these responses. HQ support will be
available to assist but dealings must be through your allocated
territory.
Support : Clients
TipTopJob will supply a country support email address where it will be the Affiliate responsibility
to handle these responses. Automated registrations from
clients of
that country will be forwarded to this account so the Affiliate is aware of people registering on the site.
Support : The Website (User)
Web support is handled by 3 departments:

1. Marketing:- Related to static data that is provided by
the marketing department (marketing@TipTopJob.com). Any assistance in
news or information
should be sent to the marketing department. There are constant monthly
surveys and ideas for future surveys would be welcome.

2. Design:-
Related to the design and logos
used on the site, including Client logos,
Banner advertisements, and design aspects (design@TipTopJob.com).

3. Development:-
Software problems related to the site are
handled by the developers (dev@TipTopJob.com). These are
where an error appears on the screen and something has caused a problem with the
software. All errors are automatically logged so they will be aware of
these errors.
Support : The Website (Sales & Admin)
Assistance with your sales process, training and
support information is supplied by the marketing
department.
Sales administration (CustomerServices@TipTopJob.com)
need to be contacted for each client that is added that relates in your
territory so their account can be associated with your own thereby
allowing tracking for commission purposes. Once
associated, either the
client or the Affiliate can buy services on the
client account. The Client will need
to confirm that you are accepted on their behalf
before access is granted.
Support : The Servers & Hardware
The servers and networking equipment are handled by our
operations department
(ops@TipTopJob.com). TipTopJob operate all of their equipment and software.
Support : The Software & Developers
The software is constantly being maintained daily and future development is always
being completed on a regular basis. Any ideas or suggestions can be sent to the
developers (dev@TipTopJob.com).
