Background of Mike Dauncey
Mike Dauncey founded TipTopJob in early 2000 and decided to
invest in developing a world-wide Job portal. After over 2½
years of development employing their own staff, the product was
launched in August 2002.
Mike's background started in Computer Software back in the late
60's and early 70's and then went on to operate one of the UK's
longest running IT Recruitment Businesses for over
34 years. Additionally, he also operates
a Computer Consultancy which offers Web design, IT Development
and Web Hosting, and a Management Consultancy offering businesses
to outsource their Office Services.
The Team
The team provides the backbone to the business and operates
all of the systems and support services. They cover the
following areas:
- Anjim Qureshi, IT Services/IT Development
Manager
The Project Manager behind the product and one of the main architects of the system. Anjim has many years working on Web based products and runs a team of Developers and Designers to support the site.
- Imran Khursheed, Sales Manager
Imran is Manager of the International Sales and is
responsible for the UK Direct Sales team, assisting the drive in sales across all industry sectors.
He is also responsible for finding Affiliates to
sell the product around the world.
- Corinne Hutchinson, Marketing
Director
Corinne joined the company in 2002 and has
assisted in building the TipTopJob brand over
the years and currently manages marketing
activities globally.
- Rahila Sheihk, Customer Support
Rahila has worked with the business since 2007
and deals with all Sales and Customer Support
globally.
